A job posted this morning shows up in your matches this morning. Previously it could sit for an hour before you saw it.
If you are the one hiring
Your board has an inline stage picker, so moving a candidate is one click from the list rather than a trip into their profile.
Every board also has a Rejected column now. That sounds like housekeeping and is not: it is the thing that makes sure a candidate actually hears back.
