BYOUR Hire is an add-on to a plan: hand us the one role you cannot fill and we work it inside your dashboard. Candidates use the same platform to be matched to open roles.
- Who is BYOUR for?
- Two groups. Businesses that are hiring, from a founder making a first hire to a team running several roles at once, and people looking for work, who join free and are matched to roles as they open.
- How does BYOUR match candidates to a job?
- Each candidate is scored against what the role actually requires, rather than filtered on keywords found in a CV. Someone who describes the same experience in different words to the job advert is still matched.
- What does BYOUR cost?
- BYOUR Stack starts at €79/mo, with a 15-day free trial on every plan. BYOUR Hire, where we run the search for you, is 10% of first-year gross salary. An agency charges 15% to 20% for the same hire.
- Do I need a careers website to hire through BYOUR?
- No. Stack includes a hosted careers page and a shareable link, so a role can be published and start taking applications without building anything.
